I purchased a game for my husband for Christmas at this store in Johnson City and was told by the employee who checked me out that he had 30 days to return or exchange the game for any reason. My husband did try to exchange the game and was told that unless it was damaged that it couldn’t be exchanged. Not only would they not let him exchange it (with the original receipt) but the store manager was extremely rude and asked him questions like why did you wait so long to exchange, etc. I will definitely NOT be purchasing anything else here EVER, their customer service is awful!
