Xbox One Used Game Information & License Keys

I posted a YouTube video last night about the way Microsoft is handling used games and in the first hour I had 10-15 people unsubscribe, over 70 comments ( all 100% negative ), and decided that I had just better take it down rather than lose all of my viewers. It is very obvious that most people actually have no idea how Xbox One will be handling used video games. I am going to point out a few features that many people mentioned in my comments.

You may buy games how you want - disc or digital
You may go into a physical retail store and buy a physical copy of a game or you may buy a game digitally on the instant of it's release.

Access your entire library from any Xbox One
If you go to a friends house, any game that you have purchased and installed on your Xbox One is also available on the cloud. This means your entire game library is available for you to play anywhere in the world.

Share access to your games with everyone inside your home
Once a game is installed on your console, everyone in your home is allowed access to that game. Multiple gamertags or not.

You may give your family access to your entire library of games
This is a major feature people aren't seeming to realize. Up to ten family members may log in and play your shared games from ANY Xbox One. A family member may play your copy of Forza Motorsport at their friends however, the only restriction is that only one of the family members may play the game at any single time. This means you may play the game on your console and one family member may play on theirs at the same time.

Trade in and reselling of your disc based games
Publishers may enable their games to allow you to trade in at physical retail stores.

Give your games to friends
Xbox One allows you to give you disc based games to your friends. There are no fees tied to these transfers. There are two requirements to this: you can only give them to people who have been on your friends list for more than 30 days and each game may only be given once.

After looking over these details ( directly from the Xbox website ), it is clear that many are mistaken how the
console will even be handling used games. I'm not in favor of many of the choices that Microsoft is making and I do believe that they are beginning to take away the rights of consumers, but people should at least know the information before condemning a console.
